Over two kilometres of the lap is one straight. This Aruba racing game turns a track drawn from Aruba's coastline into a 5.6 km circuit with just eight corners: Rincon at the end of the straight, then Sero Colebra and the corner called Aruba, Cura Cabai, Oranjestad, Seco di Rogans and Cudarebe, before California sends you back onto the long run. The Grand Prix of Aruba is as much about top speed as cornering.
It's hilly woodland, with 49 metres of climb under clear skies.

Around the Aruba track
The California Lighthouse stands at the top of the island, with twisted divi-divi trees leaning in the wind around it. Dutch colonial houses in Caribbean colours line part of the route, cactus grows among the scrub, and cars and minibuses are parked by the fence. The banner reads Bon bini, and the boards along the barriers say Oranjestad and Aruba.

How to drive the Aruba circuit
The main straight is 2,110 metres long, so the slipstream really counts. It ends at Rincon, turn 1. The slowest corner is turn 3, named Aruba, at 77 km/h. The hills add 49 metres of climb, and the exit of California, the last corner, decides your speed down the straight.
