The Liberia racing game starts with a long straight to the Grain Coast and barely climbs after it. It's a track drawn from Liberia's border and coastline, running from the Grain Coast up past Grand Cape Mount to Voinjama and Lofa in the north, across Bong and Nimba to Sanniquellie and Mount Sahnwo, then south-east through Zwedru and Grand Gedeh to Tempo and finally Maryland. Twelve corners, 4.3 km.
The Grand Prix of Liberia is a woodland parkland circuit with 8 metres of climb, flat enough that braking is everything.

Around the Liberia track
Providence Island and the Ducor Hotel make up the landmark view, the hotel standing on its hill above Monrovia. Rubber trees grow in rows along the lap, oil palms crowd the woodland edges, and a lighthouse watches the coast. Modern African buildings line the town section, minibuses and mopeds are parked behind the fences, and the banner says Welcome to Liberia. The boards read Monrovia.

How to drive the Liberia circuit
The 1,100-metre main straight ends at the Grain Coast, turn 1, the biggest braking zone of the lap. The slowest corner is the last one, Maryland at 80 km/h, so a clean exit there pays off all the way down the straight. Flat ground leaves nowhere to hide a mistake.
