The main straight on this Norway racing game runs for 1,810 metres, a long breather before a fjord road with 150 metres of climb. It's a race track shaped like Norway, traced up the west coast from the Skagerrak through Rogaland, Hordaland and Bergen, past the Sognefjorden and the Trondheimsfjorden, up through Nordland and Narvik to Finnmark, Vadsø and Kirkenes at the very top.

The Norwegian Grand Prix is an extreme coastal layout with a tunnel and a viaduct.

Around the Norway track

Geirangerfjord cuts deep into the mountains, and a dark timber stave church stands nearby. Red fishing cabins line the shore, and the Troll's Tongue rock juts out over the drop. The road runs through a tunnel in the rock and over a viaduct where the ground falls away beneath you. Cars and campervans are parked trackside. The banner reads 'Velkommen til Norge', and the boards name Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, Stavanger and Lofoten.

How to drive the Norway circuit

After 1,810 metres of straight comes the Skagerrak, turn 1, and three corners later Hordaland, the slowest at 75 km/h. Then the road climbs, ducks through a tunnel, crosses a viaduct and plunges back toward the fjord. Save your nerve for the drop.
