Two banked corners give this Netherlands racing game its character, on a lap through the coastal dunes that's a nod to Zandvoort. The track is drawn from the Netherlands' border, and at 5.2 km it's a long one: Groningen at turn 1, south through Overijssel and Gelderland, down the narrow southern tip to Maastricht and Limburg, west through Noord-Brabant to Middelburg and Zeeland, then up past Rotterdam and Zuid-Holland to the Waddenzee.

The Dutch Grand Prix rolls gently over 22 metres of climb.

Around the Netherlands track

The Kinderdijk windmills stand in a row along the water, and tall gabled canal houses line parts of the lap. Tulip fields in bright stripes and flat green polders fill the land behind the dunes. Bicycles are everywhere, alongside parked cars and a tram. The banner says 'Welkom in Nederland', and the boards name Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Delft, Eindhoven and Zandvoort.

How to drive the Netherlands circuit

The 740-metre main straight finishes at Groningen, turn 1. Two of the corners are banked, so you can carry more speed through them than the angle suggests. The slowest is Middelburg, turn 11, at 73 km/h, deep in the south-west before the run north to the Waddenzee.
