Flat, quick and built around the Gulf coast, the Kuwait racing game runs on a race track shaped like Kuwait. The lap starts at Jirīshān, heads north to Mazāri‘ al ‘Abdalī, round through Al Jahrah into Kuwait City, along the coast by Hawalli and the Persian Gulf, south to Al Ahmadi and Al Jathāthīl, and closes with a second corner named Al Jahrah. Ten corners, 4.3 km, and barely a bump.
The Grand Prix of Kuwait is an oasis-town circuit with just 7 metres of climb, so speed and braking do all the work.

Around the Kuwait track
Kuwait Towers, with their blue-tiled spheres, stand over the waterfront, and the Liberation Tower rises from the city. Wooden dhows sit in the water, glass towers line the Gulf, and sand dunes run out beyond the town. Land Cruisers and SUVs are parked along the fences, the crowd waves flags, and the banner reads أهلاً وسهلاً. The boards say Kuwait City.
