It all starts with a very long straight. This Moldova racing game puts the Moldovan Grand Prix on a track drawn from Moldova's border, nine corners in 4.3 km: Briceni and Ocniţa at the top of the country, Ivanovca and Rezina, then down the eastern side to Ștefan Vodă and back west to Cimişlia and Cahul in the south, before the straight runs all the way back up the western side.
It's a modern, purpose-built layout with 31 metres of rolling climb.

Soroca Fortress, a round stone fort, is the landmark that watches over the lap. A monastery is cut into a cliff face nearby, and wine barrels are stacked by the track. Vineyards and fields of sunflowers cover the plains, and the buildings trackside are Soviet-era blocks. Ladas and buses are parked behind the fences. The banner reads 'Bine ați venit', and the boards name Chișinău, Bălți, Orhei, Codrii and the Nistru.

How to drive the Moldova circuit
Everything turns on the start: 1,480 metres of straight end at Briceni, turn 1, which is also the slowest corner on the lap at 85 km/h. That's the big braking zone and the best chance to pass. After it, eight more corners roll across the north and east before the run home.
